Since 1977 Land is Our Passion

We have spent our lives and careers in the field & woods, and we recognize the importance of agricultural and conservation land traditions – from a family farm’s legacy to the immeasurable equity you hold in your land. Let’s have a conversation.

Ed Geswein

Ed Geswein

Principal Broker & Advisor

Ed began his career on the Purdue University staff as a County Agent for ten years. Then in 1977 he began his land and commercial property business. He has a BA and MS degrees, but is a farm boy at heart. He was born and raised on a Benton County farm, which the family is still operating.

Ed is calm and easy going, very effective and professional. He knows that good communication is most important for the farm and land marketing process to be pleasant and successful. Our many clients will attest to that.
